I've started and restarted this book half a dozen times already, never happy with the beginning. It's a story that has haunted me for several years, taking on a life of its own in my mind. It's a story that I have to put onto paper for fear of it driving me mad.
Today marks the beginning of NaNoWriMo 2013. It is a month long challenge to write a novel (50,000 words) in 30 days. I started the challenge a little late last year and was never able to meet my goal. This year I'm starting from day 1 and am committed to meeting my goal. I'm starting completely over with the story and am very happy with my beginning so far.
This blog will be a collective of my experiences throughout the writing process as well as a collection of my inspirations. Central Florida is a magical place filled with inspiration so be prepared for a lot of landscape pictures.
